Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Tagrim. If it's not the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
2. After the Refund Window
After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Tagrim until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Prorated Refunds
If you cancel mid-billing cycle within the 14-day refund window, you will receive a full refund of the most recent charge. Outside the refund window, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Annual renewals are also eligible for a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@tagrim.com with your account email address and the reason for your request (optional). We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including any rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or similar legislation in your jurisdiction.
